Special Event
Lottery System
The
Acorn Inn operates a “Lottery System” for “Special
Event” weekends such as: Graduation, Parents Weekend and Homecoming
through 2008. No lotteries are set up beyond the 2008 year.
Guests may
enter any lottery they choose AFTER they have stayed at the inn at least
one night. ( Non patrons are ineligible to enter.) Each night counts
as one entry, so the more a guest stays the higher their chance of winning.
The lottery
is executed 90 days in advance of the date, so we insist that you also
make reservations at another location.
You
are allowed one suite per winner, billed in advance at $179 per
night with a two night minimum for a party of two occupants. Additional
guests may be added for $25 per person each night.
Reservation
dates consisting of a three (or more) night stay before or after the
“Special Event” will be billed at standard rates.
Most of
the “Special Events” cover a weekend period,
however if your travel schedule only allows for a Thursday-Friday
combination or a Saturday-Sunday combination the two night minimum
rate of $179 per night will still apply.

Please inquire about our Honeymoon & Anniversary
packages. We can included flowers, chocolate, candlelight, bath
oils and fine dining at B. Christopher's, an eclectic southern cuisine.
Directions
From I-40, take exit 141 and
go north on Huffman Mill Road. Follow the signs to Elon University
and turn left at the next light onto Garden Road. Turn right onto
St. Mark's Church Road/Williamson Avenue. Cross over the railroad
tracks and turn left at the next block onto Haggard Avenue. We
are two blocks down from the campus on the left. |
